  1. As a hiring manager, I cannot agree with this more. It saves so much time and energy to hire the right workforce the first time. It may seem tedious to go through seas of candidates to find the best fit, but it is well worth the effort. It's harder to work backwards after you've picked someone who isn't measuring up.
